Ace one! Aceyaloha! is back in the islands to celebrate DJ Bones Trops 3yr Anni! Whoohaa! Thanks DJ Bone for letting me open up for a legend! So after cease and decease orders and threats of getting sued for a cat, a broken laptop, & bong resin, Grind Time Hawaii has changed to ???.  Reguardless, its going down and The Dirt Bag Danny Boy will be here, EK, Osna, Mox, OJ, and a bunch of hungry MC’s.  I submit Guillotine League, i guess i been listening to too much Wu.

We just wrapped up INERTiA 7. Set-up was murderous, but the event went off!  Mahalo to all the crews, dj’s, photogs, vendors/sponsors, Fresh Cafe, & all who supported.  I will have a recap by Monday.  I gotta refuel and focus.  God Bless.

What the heck we on 7, yo that makes us the longing running B-boy battle in Hawaii.  Horray!  On the real anyone could do it.  It takes longevity and the love for Hip-hop.  I can’t speak for no one else but its about staying true to being a B-boy.  No krumping, no jerking, no chicken soup, no Australian kangarooing? Yo, if you do that its on you, but i guarentee that a few years from now you will be telling your friend, “remember when we used to Jerk at school, now i really do jerk in school, hahah”  But, with open arms we will give a good chuckle and welcome you back to the tried and true, B-boying.  Props to all the mc’s, dj’s, writers, and b-boys.

The blackbook battle, we will be giving the winner a Katch Book by Aych Kay, and some other goodies.  There will be live painting by guys that paint.  If you wanna rock a open mic im always game, get at me.  An early highlight is we will be showing Freestyle Session 12, we will be selling the DVD at a super special price to make you feel special. For the second year i was asked to speak at the Kamehameha High School business class.  Last year i went solo and loved it.  This year i decided to give the Hawaiians a taste of Race.  One of the founders of Contrast Magazine and a owner of Olde Ivory.  Also a graduate of Kamehameha.  There was so much to cover in 50 minutes that i don’t know if i sounded like Chip-Fu the whole time.  Bottom line i hope that the kids felt inspired and motivated.

LS in Bali

My homie that is a pro surfer is going on trip to Bali and wanted to lace up his quiver with the drips!  I really dig the pink on yellow, kind of eye poppin!  He let me know that he is going to get pitted on the sickest wave then do the first surfing kick flip so that the board shows in the footy/photo.  Go gettem and watch out for the sea snakes in the ocean and on land.
